Resumo

Objetivo: Mapear o conhecimento acerca da evolução conceitual-teórica do empreendedorismo feminino no setor vitivinícola por meio de uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL).

Originalidade/valor: O estudo busca identificar boas práticas que orientem o desenvolvimento de políticas e ações voltadas ao fortalecimento do protagonismo das mulheres no setor vitivinícola, além de destacar agenda e insights para pesquisas futuras.

Métodos: A RSL analisou 25 artigos das bases Scopus e Web of Science, analisando de maneira detalhada sobre o empreendedorismo feminino em categorias temáticas.

Resultados: As principais contribuições apontam que o empreendedorismo feminino na vitivinicultura é sustentado por quatro dimensões: estruturais, socioculturais, organizacionais e individuais. As estratégias envolvem redes de apoio, diversificação produtiva, inovação digital e liderança colaborativa orientada à sustentabilidade. As boas práticas destacam a importância de políticas públicas inclusivas e formação empreendedora.

Conclusões: Apesar dos desafios ligados à desigualdade de gênero, acesso a crédito, sucessão familiar e visibilidade institucional, as empreendedoras do mundo vinho não apenas assumem funções de liderança, mas também atuam como agentes de transformação, fortalecendo o enoturismo e a identidade cultural/territorial.
