Abstract

Objective: To assess the feasibility of creating a digital product for installment anticipation in the construction sector, using an adapted agile framework.

Originality/Value: This study demonstrates how the application of agile methodologies can transform practices in traditional sectors, fostering digital innovation and strategic alignment. It addresses the need for practical and efficient solutions to improve financial processes and customer experience, offering a framework that combines strategic planning and agile execution, with proven results in increased efficiency and value generation.

Methods: The research employed a case study with both qualitative and quantitative approaches, involving data from 1,361 customers and interviews with experts and stakeholders. The framework was based on Scrum and structured in Upstream and Downstream phases for development and implementation.

Results: The solution resulted in a 25% increase in cash generation, a 16% growth in the number of clients who made anticipations, and an 18% increase in average ticket per client.

Conclusions: The framework promotes innovation, efficiency, and alignment with customer needs, and is replicable in other contexts.
